Leathery Rush (Juncus coriaceus) is a wetland species, like Path Rush and Soft Rush. It is most appropriate for intermediate elevations around wetland areas that are not overly wet but still moist. It is native to the mid-Atlantic and southeastern United States. It is a perennial that will grow to about 24″ in height and possesses some shade tolerance.
